Qinshift is thrilled to announce the appointment of Mia Moström as the new Head of Delivery for Sweden. Mia's extensive experience and strategic leadership skills are a significant asset as she takes on this pivotal role within our organization.
As the Head of Delivery, Mia will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our Swedish delivery operations. Her responsibilities include overseeing and optimizing our delivery processes, enhancing our team's capabilities, and fostering a culture of excellence in service delivery. In her new role at Qinshift, Mia will lead the Swedish delivery unit, focusing on expanding our team's capabilities and enhancing our service offerings. She will work closely with our global team to ensure seamless integration and alignment with the broader Qinshift structure.
"I got the opportunity to talk and learn more about Qinshift from various leaders, including Ludovic Gaude and Claudiu Constantinescu. Their thoughts about the strategy, delivery model and corporate culture all reasoned very well with my values and beliefs for a successful company. I believe the acquired companies and all the talented people behind the new brand Qinshift all adds valuable niche competence and credibility. I'm looking forward to work both at regional level in Sweden but I'm equally excited to collaborate cross-regions and business areas to be able to contribute to new ways of working, finding synergies and opportunities that wouldn't have been possible without the new global organization."
Mia's recent role as Director of Data Platform at Sinch, a leading Swedish cloud-based communications company, showcases her expertise in managing complex technical projects and teams. Prior to this, her tenure as Chief of Staff Engineering within the same organization reflects her ability to align technology with strategic goals and drive progress.
Mia's journey as Head of Delivery promises to be marked by transformative contributions, strategic insight, and the ability to inspire her team toward exceptional results. Her commitment to balancing strategic innovation with employee well-being makes her a role model for colleagues and professionals alike. She will join the team as of October 11th, 2023.
