Challenge

The client had to keep up with the trend of smart appliances to meet customers' needs, stay competitive, and even attain market dominance.

He needed most of the appliances they were producing to be controlled via a mobile application. For that purpose, he requested the Android and iOS development teams to develop a professional application according to mobile development standards.

Solution

Our main challenge was to bridge the gap between electronic boards and application features. After finding an appropriate solution, we began by using database APIs to connect the front end with the database. All subsequent features were developed using upgraded APIs based on each feature’s needs. The team started by developing features with extensive functionalities such as setting up timers for white goods, measuring electricity consumption, and connecting with grocery stores to enable self-creating orders.
