Before partnering with Qinshift, Bosch GmbH faced the challenge of migrating their website from their existing on-premise hosting setup to the more flexible and scalable Azure cloud platform. This process required specific expertise in Cloud and DevOps technologies, as well as in-depth knowledge of Managed Services to ensure a successful migration without any disruptions to their services.

Solution

Qinshift delivered a comprehensive Cloud and DevOps consultancy service to Bosch GmbH. Our skilled and experienced IT Operations System engineers, well-versed in Cloud solutions and DevOps technologies, worked diligently to execute the migration project. The key technologies used during the migration included Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure database for MySQL, Azure Files, Azure Key Vault, Azure Container Registry, Network Security Groups, and Azure DevOps.

During the project assignment, our team took on the following main responsibilities:

·        Conducting Risk analysis and creating a rollback plan to mitigate potential issues during the migration activities.

·        Leveraging Infrastructure as Code to efficiently implement the Azure infrastructure.

·        Designing and implementing Azure DevOps for streamlined project management and collaboration.
